You have the right to return products you purchased, without a penalty and without being obliged to let us know the reason you wish to return the goods, within ten days from the date you receive them. In this case you are only charged for the direct cost of returning the goods. Returns are accepted only if the items you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, the packaging along with the documents and the receipt that came with the product. In case of refund, there is not possibility of a refund, but you will be given a credit receipt – refund or a credit card invoice, which you can use it within one year (365 days) from the date of issuance, to purchase new products from company Karkalis.
Orders are acceptable to be cancelled only in the case that our company has not yet shipped the products. If the products are already shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You can cancel you order by emailing us making your request giving us full info of the order, before the order’s pickup by the courier (order No, date, etc.)
